Franz Relations is an independent communications consulting firm based in Leipzig. We work with organizations on questions that require more than a standard response. Our engagements typically arise where stakes are high, audiences are difficult to reach, and the conventional playbook offers no clear answer.

Communication today plays out in technological, social, and cultural environments that require a different literacy from the one traditional public relations was built for. We bring that literacy to every assignment. Each engagement is bespoke, discreet, and handled in person.

Our Practice

Franz Relations is not a full-service public relations firm. We do not write press releases or run media campaigns. We are specialists at the intersection of technology and communication, engaged on a project basis to address what conventional public relations cannot.

    Most of what we do does not appear under our name. The communications work that matters most often goes unattributed, and we prefer it that way.

    Franz Relations is owner-led by choice and remains so. Each engagement is taken on its own merits, free from holding-group quotas or wider agency obligations.

    Specialization

    We do not aim to be everything to every client. What lies beyond our specialism, we decline by design.

    Patience

    Reputation accrues and erodes on long arcs. Our advice is calibrated to the timeframes our clients' interests actually inhabit, not the ones the news cycle imposes.
